The original farm house dating back at least 400 years, Trebethis is built from stone and cob with traditional Cornish slate roof and granite window lintels. Flagstone floors, a beautiful granite fireplace, exposed beams including a massive Ash beam that separates the kitchen from dining area all combine to exude character in this superb detached, 3 bedroom, barn conversion.
Accommodation
Ground Floor: Stable door leading to the entrance hall, flagstone floors. Living room with comfortable sofas, a wood-burning stove and a granite fireplace.
Very spacious, light and airy open plan kitchen and dining area with table and chairs for 8, door leading to downstairs bedroom with 4’6” double bed and storage.
WC with hand basin.

First Floor: The stairs open on to a landing area that has doors leading to a double bedroom with 5′ bed and storage, exposed beams and roof lights creating a bright and airy feel, ensuite shower room with WC and hand basin. Family bedroom with 4’6″ double bed, single bed with a truckle bed underneath (made up on request) and storage. Family bathroom with a shower over the bath, WC and hand basin.
Exterior: There is a shared drive with parking for up to 3 cars, additional parking is available on request. The small garden is enclosed but would not detain the most experienced dog escapologists. There is garden furniture and a kettle barbecue.
Facilities & Services
There is an oil-fired heating system, underfloor on the ground level with radiators upstairs. There is also a wood-burning stove. The kitchen has a range of cupboards & worktops and a recessed Belfast sink. There are an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle and large fridge/freezer. There is a dishwasher. There is a communal laundry room that is shared with other holiday lets at the farm that includes a number of washing machines and tumble driers. The sitting room has a digital TV & DVD player. There is an iron & ironing board. There is unlimited Wi-Fi. Ponies, pigs and lambs can be seen on the farm and available to pet. The fishing lake is open for coarse fishing where there are Carp, Tench, Roach and Rudd. There is a small communal children’s play area.
Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There is parking available for 3 cars on the drive. Non smoking. Two well behaved dogs are accepted (possibly more by request). Dogs may not be left unattended in the property. A cot and high chair available on request. During the winter a basket of logs will be provided free of charge and further are available on request at a small charge.

Short breaks are available during quieter periods.
