An immaculate 3 bedroom, detached stone barn conversion. Beautifully presented, with vaulted ceilings, a heated tiled floor, a cosy wood-burning stove exposed beams and many other character features. There is an open plan living/dining and kitchen area which opens onto a secure patio and there is a further garden where you can soak up the peaceful ambience.
Accommodation
Ground Floor Only: Enter into the open plan living/kitchen and dining area, fully fitted units and appliances, dining table and chairs, wood-burning stove and 3 comfortable sofas. Master bedroom with king size bed, storage and an ensuite shower room with WC and hand basin. Double bedroom with 4’6″ bed and storage. Twin bedroom with 3′ beds. Family bathroom with shower over the bath, WC and hand basin.
Exterior: There is a off road, adjacent parking for up to 2 cars. There is an enclosed patio area and a further garden area which is open. There is garden furniture and a kettle barbecue.
Facilities & Services
There is electric underfloor heating. There is also a wood-burning stove. The kitchen has a range of cupboards & worktops. There is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle and large fridge/freezer. There is a dishwasher. There is a communal laundry room that is shared with other holiday lets at the farm that includes a number of washing machines and tumble driers. The sitting room has a digital TV & DVD player. Iron & ironing board available on request. There is unlimited WIFI. Ponies, pigs and lambs can be seen on the farm and available to pet (lambs spring time only). The fishing lake is open for coarse fishing where there are Carp, Tench, Roach and Rudd. There is a small communal children’s’ play area.
Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There is parking available for 2 cars on the drive. Non smoking. A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs may stay in the barn, dogs may not be left unattended in the property. There are a cot or camp bed and high chair available on request. During the winter a basket of logs will be provided free of charge and further are available on request at a small charge.
