HONEYSUCKLE COTTAGE sleeps 4 (plus cot)
Honeysuckle Cottage is a single level, detached 2 bedroom cottage, converted from a traditional Cornish cob barn with a rag slate roof. The open plan living/dining area is comfortably furnished and French doors lead out into a secluded patio garden.
Accommodation
Ground Floor only: Enter into the open plan living/kitchen and dining area, dining table and chairs, fitted units, two comfortable sofas, TV and DVD player. Double bedroom with 4’6″ bed and storage. Twin bedroom with 3′ beds and storage. Well-lit family bathroom with shower over the bath, WC and hand basin.
Exterior: There is parking for 2 cars outside the property. Patio doors lead out into the enclosed garden and patio area with garden furniture. A kettle barbecue available on request.
Facilities and services
There is an oil-fired heating system. The kitchen has a range of cupboards & worktops. There is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle and under-counter fridge with icebox. There is a communal laundry room that is shared with other holiday lets at the farm that includes a number of washing machines and tumble driers. The sitting room has a digital TV & DVD player. There is an iron & ironing board available on request. There is unlimited WiFi. Ponies, pigs and lambs (Spring time only) can be seen on the farm and available to pet. The fishing lake is open for coarse fishing where there are Carp, Tench, Roach and Rudd. There is a small communal children’s play area.
Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There is off road parking available for 2 cars outside the property. No smoking. A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs may stay, dogs may not be left unattended in the property. A cot and high chair are available on request.
