Ash Tree Cottage is a pretty, stone cottage, converted from an old stable. Detached and all on ground floor level, there is an open plan living area, kitchen and dining area, a warm and cosy bedroom (with king size bed) and an enclosed garden with a little sun trap patio.
Accommodation
Ground Floor only: Open plan living / kitchen and dining area, comfortable sofa with TV, DVD, dining table and chairs.
Well equipped fitted kitchen. The bedroom has a 5′ bed, storage and space for a travel cot if required.
Bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
Exterior: There is parking for up to 1 car outside the property. Enclosed garden with patio furniture.
Facilities & Services
There is an electric heating system with thermostatically controlled radiators. The kitchen has a range of cupboards & worktops. There are an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle and under counter fridge with icebox. There is a communal laundry room that is shared with other holiday lets at the farm that includes a number of washing machines and tumble driers. The sitting room has a digital TV & DVD player. An iron & ironing board are available on request. There is unlimited Wi-Fi. Ponies, pigs and lambs can be seen on the farm and available to pet (spring time only for lambs). The fishing lake is open for coarse fishing where there are Carp, Tench, Roach and Rudd.
Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There is parking available for 1 car outside the property. Non smoking. Up to two dogs are welcome, dogs may not be left unattended in the property. A cot and high chair available on request.
